Ecommerce Officer to develop exisiting and new online sales channels

and North America. We are looking for a permanent Ecommerce Officer to help us with the operations
and development of the B2C E-commerce channels.
E-commerce is a fast-evolving sector with an impressive reach, tons of data to transform into insights
and the possibility to have rapid feedback on strategies.
We are looking for someone who is keen to use creativity and intellect to challenge how things are and
develop ways of doings things differently to achieve better results.

Description of the function

The Ecommerce Officer is responsible of overseeing the B2C sales channels. His tasks include:
- Creation and optimization of the online store fronts
- Updating the Shopify website
- Managing the different Amazon marketplaces
- Improving the existing listings (Impressions, click-through and Conversion rate)
- Developing digital marketing campaigns
- Developing new sales channels (USA, Canada, Australia and Japan)
- Launching new products on the marketplaces
- Keeping track of inventory levels and reorder schedules
- Managing freelancers on a project-basis

Profile

- Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing and/or B2C e-commerce
- Master’s degree in business administration/ marketing or similar
- Good understanding of marketing and brand positioning
- Fluent in English is required and any other language is a plus.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving
- Analytical and data focus
- Autonomous and resourceful
- In-depth understanding of the market dynamics
- Creative and tech savvy
- Team management skills
